The information within this link is provided to make your arrival as smooth as possible. The EOC is a secured facility. All visitors are required to show photo identification and attest to citizenship and organizational affiliation. Non-US citizens must have a pre-approved Foreign Visit Request sent thru their EOC point of contact. Parking is readily available. No camera or recording capable devices, including cell phones, are permitted beyond the front desk. Should you require additional information, please contact us at 724-295-7000.

The EOC currently has three primary buildings with over 66,000 ft2 of floor space. These facilities are Northpointe Center, Freeport Center and the Payload Development Center. Each of the facilities includes office, laboratory and conference room space, both public and secure. Laboratory equipment, and related testing gear is state-of-the-art, and covers a wide range of functions, including aircraft and UAVs. The EOC also maintains a synthesis, processing and characterization laboratory located in the Materials Research Institute Building on the University Park campus.

The EOC's home office is located in Armstrong County, 35 miles east of Pittsburgh, in the Northpointe Industrial Park just off Route 28. It is approximately one and a half hours from the Pittsburgh International Airport via car. No public transportation is available to the facility. A variety of reasonable hotel and dining options are available either in Pittsburgh or the surrounding area.
